1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TaxiGo's taxi booking services in Indore, Ujjain, and Dewas, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
TaxiGo provides outstation taxi booking services for routes originating from or terminating in Indore, Ujjain, and Dewas. Our services include:
- Outstation taxi bookings (one-way and round-trip)
- Local taxi services within city limits
- Airport and railway station transfers
- Corporate and wedding transport services
- Multi-day tour packages
3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1 Booking Process: Bookings can be made via phone (+91 96858 54455, +91 99810 28602), WhatsApp, website enquiry form, or in person.
3.2 Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our team. We reserve the right to reject bookings without providing reasons.
3.3 Advance Payment: For outstation and multi-day trips, we may require 20-30% advance payment to confirm booking. The remaining amount is payable after trip completion.
3.4 Booking Information: You must provide accurate information including name, contact details, pickup/drop locations, date, and time. Any incorrect information may lead to service disruption.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Fare Structure: Our taxi fares are calculated based on per-kilometer rates:
- Sedan: Rs.12 per km
- MUV: Rs.16 per km
- SUV: Rs.20 per km
- Tempo Traveller: Rs.25 per km
4.2 Minimum Billing: Outstation trips have a minimum billing of 300 km per day. Local trips within city have a minimum charge of Rs.350 per trip.
4.3 Additional Charges: The following charges apply in addition to base fare:
- Night charges: 10% extra for trips between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Driver allowance: Rs.300 per day (included in quote)
- Toll and parking: Actual costs as per trip
- Waiting charges: Rs.100-150 per hour after first 30 minutes free
4.4 Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and monthly billing for corporate clients.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellation:
- More than 4 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund of advance (if paid)
- Less than 4 hours before pickup: 25% cancellation charges
- No-show (customer not available at pickup): 50% charges of estimated fare
5.2 TaxiGo Cancellation: In case we cancel due to vehicle unavailability or force majeure, full advance amount (if paid) will be refunded within 7 working days.
5.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account provided. Please allow 7-10 working days for refund to reflect in your account.
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Be ready at pickup location at scheduled time
- Treat driver and vehicle with respect
- Not smoke or consume alcohol inside the vehicle
- Not carry illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items
- Not cause damage to vehicle interiors or equipment
- Pay all toll, parking, and permit charges during the trip
- Inform us immediately of any route or schedule changes
7. Our Responsibilities
TaxiGo commits to:
- Provide clean, well-maintained vehicles
- Ensure verified, professional drivers
- Pick up customers at scheduled time (within 15-minute window)
- Follow agreed route unless customer requests change
- Maintain vehicle insurance and necessary permits
- Provide customer support during trip
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Disruptions: We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic jams, road blocks, natural disasters, government restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
8.2 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to check before leaving the vehicle.
8.3 Route and Timing: Estimated time and distance are approximate. Actual time may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or route changes.
8.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fare paid for that particular trip.
9. Driver Conduct and Safety
9.1 Driver Standards: Our drivers are required to:
- Be polite and professional
- Follow traffic rules and speed limits
- Not use mobile phone while driving (except navigation)
- Not consume alcohol or drugs before or during duty
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness

10. Corporate and Long-term Bookings
For corporate clients and monthly contracts, separate agreements may apply. Corporate bookings are subject to additional terms regarding credit period, billing cycle, and minimum monthly commitment.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Prices and terms may change; however, bookings already confirmed will honor the original quoted price.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on TaxiGo website including logo, text, images, and design is the property of TaxiGo and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information collected during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required for service delivery.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Complaints: For service complaints, contact us within 48 hours of trip completion at +91 96858 54455 or via email.
14.2 Resolution Process: We will investigate all complaints and respond within 3-5 working days with resolution or explanation.
14.3 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
